We provide commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

3. Service Agreements

3.1 Scheduling

Services must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling based on availability and circumstances beyond our control.

3.2 Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

3.3 Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Recurring service clients may be billed on a monthly basis

5. Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service
  • We are not responsible for damage due to faulty equipment or facilities
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate service location information
  • Secure valuable items
  • Inform us of any special conditions or requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Provide necessary access and parking arrangements

7. Quality Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and property details. Our employees are bound by confidentiality agreements.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Clients may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in their service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
